1. Contract Formation & Electronic Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions. All checkouts submitted constitute an offer to buy which is subject to acceptance by our billing department. Contract completion occurs when we dispatch the package and update your order tracking details.

2. Pricing, Payments & LKR Billing Rules

All product pricing published on the store is denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors can occur, in which case we reserve the right to cancel orders with full refunds. We support the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available island-wide. Please ensure to pay the exact amount to the courier.
  • Direct Bank Deposit/Transfer: Payment must be cleared inside our bank account within 24 hours. Buyers must upload their deposit slip with order number references inside the storefront user portal.
  • Online Card Gateway (PayHere): Secured via 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept local Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.

3. Logistics, Courier Dispatches & Risk Transfer

We offer island-wide shipping. Orders within the Colombo district and suburbs are typically delivered within 24-48 business hours. Outstations, Northern, and Eastern provinces may take 2-4 business days. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the package to the designated address by our courier representatives (Koombiyo/Royal Express).

4. Returns, Defect Policies & CAA Guidelines

Under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act of Sri Lanka, customer satisfaction is protected. We offer a 7-day hassle-free replacement period for items arriving with manufacturer defects. Returned units must be sent in original box packing with seals intact. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal mismatch of product usage. Returns must be authorized by our Colombo HQ before delivery.

5. Warranty Terms & Scope

Product warranties are explicitly categorized as: Manufacturer Warranty (serviced by official local agent centers) or Store Warranty (serviced at our Colombo center). Warranty covers internal hardware failures. It does not cover physical damage, drop marks, water/liquid ingress, fire burns, high voltage power surges, or unauthorized flashing of custom firmware.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions originating from e-commerce operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
